We have created a bustling exhibition area and are limiting the number of stands to ensure a high level of interaction between the exhibitors and the audience. The exhibition area will be accommodating innovation such as a recharging area, the scientific posters as well as catering and seating so, we are expecting the audience to visit frequently and network for longer.
In order to ensure the participants visit all the stands, we encourage you to offer an incentive or engaging activity from your stand and we are happy to feature such activities via the event app to help drive traffic to your stand.
To support you with achieving the highest level of exposure, we have positioned the exhibition in the main lobby area where registration is located.
Please note that tea and coffee breaks, including complimentary refreshments, will be available for all participants to enjoy morning and afternoon, which will be served in the exhibition area. Lunch is excluded from the registration fee so, participants are free to choose where to take their lunch. There will be lunch available to purchase from the venue and seating available in the exhibition area so we are expecting the majority of participants to remain and take the opportunity to network.
The standard exhibition stand is £2,400 (£2,000 if booked by 15 February 2019) Included in the cost:

Should you wish to purchase additional exhibition passes, you can do so at a cost of £100 each. All prices shown are inclusive of UK VAT as applicable.
Conference registration is available via the registration page [please click here] or, you are able to upgrade your exhibition pass(es) to full registrations by emailing your request. The cost to upgrade is £600 per registration. Conference registrations permit you the same access as exhibitor passes but also include the opportunity to access and enjoy all scientific sessions.

Best Student Paper Contest Award - £1500.00 per student award
ICASSP 2019 welcomes patrons for the Best Student Paper competition

Conference Break Patron – £3,500.00 (per day)
Breaks are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday

Welcome Reception Patron– £3,500.00
Welcome reception to be held on Monday, May 13

Student Career Luncheon Attendee - £100
If a company chooses not sponsor the Luncheon, they may send up to three of their company’s representatives to attend the Luncheon for a fee of £100/person. This includes:

- Distribution of your company’s job openings prior to the Luncheon
- Student contact information following the conference
